Drapery can't be complete without a drapery rod/ hardware for it to be on. Here are some ideas that I found at Walmart.com (again, design on a budget) I don't have a final decision made for the rod yet, I'm thinking once I move into the room, I will get a better feel for what I want.
I like this one because of the decorative finial that it has & the finish. I think it will go nicely with my art & nightstand. 
This one really just has the finish that I would consider, but I'm not in love with the finial.
This one is plain & simple, which with all the decorative elements that I'm putting in the room, might be nice.
I loooooove the drapes with the blue leaves I think that's what they are anyways Those are awesome! I really like the crown and mirrors too. Nice work! Can't wait to see the finished picture!
